College during the Academic Year 2017-18 with combination of Food biochemistry, Food chemistry, Human nutrition. The Department Introduced new combinations like Applied Mathematics, general Microbiology, Principles of Economics, Dairy Technology, Applied Statistics, and Financial accounting for management.

The Department is taking care to train the students in latest trends in the subjects. Reading material on numerical ability, quantitative techniques and arithmetics are made available to the students by the department for preparing for different examinations conducted by various nationalized banks. Modern Teaching methods and use of ICT in Teaching learning is being given much importance. Department of Food technology & management of the parent University for guidance.
